Fleetwood’s homey, English-pub-style dining room serves classic bistro fare — as does the uber-cool rooftop lounge on level three. Pink salted fries, veddy British fish and chips, and a one-pound Harley Davidson “Hog” burger share the spotlight with wood-fired pizzas, salads and classic entrees. Guests are just as likely to drool over Rock ‘n Roll Hall of Famers, such as Mick Fleetwood’s pal Steven Tyler, who performed at the restaurant’s grand opening and shows up regularly to jam with Fleetwood’s Island Rumours Band.
