dragonberry bomb cocktail recipeDRAGONBERRY BOMB RECIPE

  • 1½ oz Bacardi Dragonberry Rum
  • ¾ oz Elderflower Liqueur
  • 3-4 nos Fresh Blackberries
  • ½ oz Limes (freshly squeezed)
  • ½ oz Sugar Cane Syrup
  • 1 cup Ice Cubes
  1. Place all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker.
  2. Muddle for a few seconds, then shake vigorously.
  3. Serve in a low bar rock glass or bucket glass.
  4. Garnish and ready to serve.

thai tai cocktail recipeTHAI TAI RECIPE

  • ½ oz Silver Rum
  • ½ oz Ginger Liquor
  • 4-5 leaves Cilantro
  • ¾ oz Dark Rum Float
  • ¾ oz Mango Puree
  • 1/8 oz Lemon, Lime and Basil Syrup
  • ½ oz Fresh Lime
  • 1 cup Ice Cubes

Lemon, Lime and Basil Syrup

  • 2 cups Water
  • 2 stalks Lemon Grass
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • ½ oz Kaffir Lime
  • ½ tsp Vegan Red Curry Paste
  • Handful Thai Basil
  1. Chop lemon grass, kaffir lime and Thai basil into small pieces.
  2. Add water and chopped ingredients in a sauce pan.
  3. Gently stir and bring to boil.
  4. Remove sauce pan from heat.
  5. Add sugar and stir until sugar dissolves.
  6. Cover sauce pan for 30 minutes.
  7. Chill in cooler for 2 hours.
  8. Pour into serving container.
  9. Set aside.

upcountry spice cocktail recipeUPCOUNTRY SPICE RECIPE:

  • 1½ oz Stoli Orange Vodka
  • ¾ oz Elderflower Liqueur
  • ¼ oz Passion Fruit Syrup
  • ½ oz Lime (freshly squeezed)
  • 3 nos Kula Strawberries (fresh)
  • Pinch Cayenne Pepper
  • ¼ oz Soda Water
  • 1 cup Ice Cubes
  1. Muddle the strawberries in a cocktail shaker for 5 to 10 seconds.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients (except soda water) and shake well.
  3. Pour into a pilsner glass.
  4. Top with a splash of soda water.
  5. Garnish with a slice of lime.
  6. Ready to serve.

fresh and hot maui cocktailFRESH & HOT COCKTAIL RECIPE:

  • 1½ oz Vodka
  • ¾ 0z Elderflower Liqueur
  • ½ oz Fresh Lemon
  • 2 slices Fresh Cucumber
  • 3-4 leaves Fresh Basil
  • Pinch Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 cup Ice Cubes
  1. Muddle a slice of cucumber in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Shake and strain into a Martini glass.
  4. Garnish with a slice of cucumber and basil leaf.
  5. Ready to serve.
