Kumulāʻau & Haunani Sing will demonstrate how to weave some examples of ʻie basketry and will be displaying various artifacts of the art form. In a casual and intimate setting, they will also be able to share and answer questions about how pieces were created and the complexities that come with reinvigorating the cultural practice of ʻulana ʻie (ʻieʻie weaving).
