Dive into a multi-course menu every week with dishes inspired by The Mill House Chefs’ personal stories and told through Maui’s seasonal ingredients. A combination of ingredients at their peak of flavor paired with creative minds and innovative techniques results in an unique culinary experience unlike any other.
Executive Chef Jeff Scheer formulated Maui Chef’s Table to pull back the proverbial “wizard’s curtain” of dining, giving you an up-close look at the creative culinary process. This is not a traditional dining experience! Guests are encouraged to get up out of their seats, come to the “Chef’s Table”, see the action, take pictures, and get to know the Chefs.
Seating at Maui Chef’s Table is communal, offering diners the opportunity to connect with fellow food and drink enthusiasts. A Wine Steward and Certified Sommelier are always on hand to ensure perfect beverage pairings for each night’s menu. As each course is served, a Chef will speak to the ingredients and source of the dish as well as its inspiration and composition. As the evening proceeds; music plays, the air of Maui surrounds you, and the scene soon resembles a dinner party among good friends.
