Get directions to make the Kula Strawberries Compote.

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 vanilla bean (or 2 tablespoons vanilla extract)
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter

Whisk the eggs and milk together in a bowl.Scrape the vanilla bean into the mixture. Mix flour and sugar together in a separate bowl. Blend the milk mixture into the flour mixture. Melt butter in a 10-inch, ovenproof pan (be careful not to burn the butter). Pour batter into the pan and bake at 450 degrees for 12 minutes or until the sides puff up and the pancake turns golden brown.

Pour Kula Strawberries Compote over finished pancake and serve immediately.
