Pineapple Salsa

Number of Servings: 5–7 cups

Ingredients:

  • 1 fresh Maui Gold pineapple, skinned, cored, diced to 1/4 inch
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1–2 jalapenos, seeded and chopped
  • 1/2 small bunch cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 medium red onion, diced small
  • 1/8 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon fresh oregano
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method: Mix all ingredients together. Enjoy!
