Hula hooping is a super fun and easy way to nurture your mind, body, and spirit!
Learn different ways to twirl, toss, and dance with the hoop while increasing your body awareness, core strength, and right/left brain connections.
This playful class is suitable for complete beginners as well as those with some experience who are looking to add some fun new tricks to their repertoire.
There will be extra hula hoops available for you to use. All fitness levels welcome!
