A couture cocktail created by: Kim Haasarud
- 1 tbp cranberry relish (best if homemade)
- 2 oz red cranberry juice
- 1-1/2 oz Belvedere Orange simple syrup, to taste
- Rosemary sprig, for garnish
Combine all of the ingredients in a cocktail mixer with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into chilled martini glass. Garnish with rosemary sprig. If you are using fairly chunky cranberry relish, simply combine all the ingredients in a blender with a few cubes of ice and blend until smooth. Strain into martini glasses and garnish.
